This project constructs the perimeter of the river-island site, strengthening its vessel association while leaving a green space at its center. Carrying this line of thought one step further, it explores an architectural language of crisscrossing spatial beams at a very large scale, creating an airy array that integrates and diffuses the interior spaces with the exterior.
