Restoration and Extension plan for Beit Zeirot Mizrachi, 2011

This L shaped 3,000 Sqm edifice embracing a 1,000 sqm courtyard was built in Tel Aviv in the late thirties as a vocational boarding school for young women. The project involved a thorough study and a schematic design phase for an overall restoration of the derelict building, with minimal ground and roof additions to meet a demanding education and art center program.
