Mixed-Use Community Center, Jerusalem
Mixed-Use Community Center, Jerusalem
Masterplan, 2017 – with arch. A. Ofek
This 7,000 Sqm, strategic plot at the heart of Kiryat-Yovel neighborhood, originally intended for a school, remained vacant for many years and became an informal community gathering place. Instead of a central mass, which would consume the site, the proposed inner square was aimed at further allowing community activities also after the site was built.
